Do not run out of your medication! Fill a 30 day supply at retail when submitting your first 90 day prescription to Express Scripts Home Delivery Pharmacy.
- Ask your doctor to write a new prescription, plus refills for up to one year, if appropriate. Your doctor can also fax your prescriptions directly to Express Scripts at 1-800-613-5628. It is best to fill a 30 day Rx at a retail store and submit the 90 day mail order at the same time.
- If your doctor does not submit your prescription, please call (1-866-344-2919) or go on line (www.express-scripts.com) and ask Express Scripts to obtain a new prescription or mail your prescription from your physician to Express Scripts, PO Box 66564 St. Louis, MO 63166-6564,
- Your order will be mailed directly to your home. Your order should arrive within 14 days. With each order, you'll receive a form showing the date when you can refill your prescription.
