As a GlobalHealth Medicare Advantage member, you may receive extra services that are not covered under Original Medicare. See your Evidence of Coverage for your plan benefits.
- You may complete your advance directives online through My Living Voice.
- A health care proxy is a document that names someone you trust to make health decisions if you can’t. This is also called a durable power of attorney. A living will tells which treatment you want if your life is threatened, including dialysis and breathing machines; resuscitation; tube feeding; and organ or tissue donation after you die.

- GlobalHealth has partnered with DentaQuest to administer preventive and comprehensive dental benefits such as cleanings, crowns, root canals, fillings, and extractions1.

- When you receive your card, simply activate your Smart Wallet Benefit1 to begin using it for your out-of-pocket expenses.

- You can have meals delivered to your home following a discharge from certain types of care/facilities1. Outpatient visits do not qualify.
- For members enrolled in a GlobalHealth D-SNP, this benefit can also include 28 extra meal deliveries throughout the year4. Your case manager will set up your deliveries based on your personal needs, including special dietary requirements.
- You can call a nurse 24/7 at no cost to you.
- CareNet can help with health-related questions. A team member will help determine if a doctor appointment is necessary, or if you should visit an urgent care/emergency room center.

- In addition to your annual wellness visit, GlobalHealth covers a physical exam from your PCP at no cost.
- This physical exam usually lasts about 30 minutes and covers everything you need to discuss with your PCP, including measuring your vital signs. This exam might also include lab work to be done.
- Call your PCP to schedule your physical exam.
- GlobalHealth understands that sometimes getting to doctor appointments or pharmacies can be tough. GlobalHealth offers transportation assistance for our members.
- Trips to plan-approved locations1 through contracted providers are limited to 50 miles each way. There are no costs for these rides.
